Administrative/Office Assistant (Part-Time) We are looking for a passionate Administrative & Office Assistant, experienced in fast-paced companies and environments, with willingness to join a software company and be part of an international team.

What will you be working at in DCSL GuideSmiths on a daily basis? Administrative tasks such as maintaining files and assisting and supporting the Operations and Finance department. Manage contracts, NDA and other documents (managing signatures through Nitro, tracking the duration of contracts, dealing with renewals and being responsible for their storage). Office Management: manage office supplies, control correspondence and parcel collection. GDPR compliance and management - being the main point of contact for updates, regulations, and audits. Work closely with HR and Delivery departments to ensure the smooth running of the business and efficient processes (Manage onboarding tasks, send contracts for the sign-off, collaborate on purchases, etc). Create reports and business cases on demand, gathering the information needed. Help with R&D; Social Security contributions and audits organisation. Organising and coordinating events, because you not only have the best overview of your calendar, but also that of your colleagues. Support on company events, travelling and itineraries organisation. You may be a good fit if you... Are highly experienced in the Office Package, ideally Office 365 or GSuite. Have experience with asynchronous and collaborative working tools such as Slack and/or Microsoft Teams. Have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Speak English fluently (Provable minimum C1) as we are an international team. Excellent spoken and writing skills are mandatory! Have well-developed time management skills. Being flexible and having the capacity to prioritize new tasks is a must! Have experience in an office environment, preferably in an administrative position.
