Position Overview: We seek an ambitious, career-motivated individual who is hard-working and self-driven. The ideal candidate will lead by example, drive business solutions, and improve operations and profits. This is a contracted, salaried position plus commissions, offering significant earning potential for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Assistance:
- Support directors in implementing plans and strategies.
- Prepare status reports, including activity updates, closings, and follow-ups.
Office Management:
- Ensure the office opens and closes in accordance with company policy.
- Represent the company professionally, adhering to company ethics and practices.
Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain and develop the client database.
- Provide 5-star customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the property search.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Team Collaboration:
- Act as a key member of the team.
- Work cooperatively with colleagues, fostering a positive work environment.
Knowledge and Learning:
- Stay informed about new products and local amenities.
- Keep up to date with the latest communication methods.
Systems and Technology:
- Utilise CRM systems and have strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 products, including SharePoint, MS Forms, and MS Planner. Knowledge of Power Automate is a bonus.
Planning and Organising:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Handle confidential information with a high degree of discretion.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar professional environment.
- Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft 365 products.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is essential. Additional languages such as French, German, and Dutch are a bonus.
- Demonstrated initiative and strong problem-solving skills.
