This is a contracted, salaried position plus commissions, offering significant earning potential for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities:Executive Assistance:- Support directors in implementing plans and strategies.- Prepare status reports, including activity updates, closings, and follow-ups.Office Management:- Ensure the office opens and closes in accordance with company policy.- Represent the company professionally, adhering to company ethics and practices.Client Relationship Management:- Maintain and develop the client database.- Provide 5-star customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the property search.- Cultivate and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.Team Collaboration:- Act as a key member of the team.- Work cooperatively with colleagues, fostering a positive work environment.Knowledge and Learning:- Stay informed about new products and local amenities.- Keep up to date with the latest communication methods.Systems and Technology:- Utilise CRM systems and have strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 products, including SharePoint, MS Forms, and MS Planner. Knowledge of Power Automate is a bonus.Planning and Organising:- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.- Handle confidential information with a high degree of discretion.Qualifications:- Proven experience in a similar professional environment.- Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.- Strong planning and organisational skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft 365 products.- Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
