Purpose of the trainee: Ferrer Corporate BD-L & AM team plays a key role in the transformative shift the company initiated back in 2020 to bring transformative solutions to patients' lives around the world. This strategic mandate has been set in two Therapeutic areas of focus: Pulmonary Vascular ILD & Neurological Disorders. Within this context, the Corporate BD-L & AM trainee will support BD Managers in the strategic execution of core business processes: License In, License Out, and Alliance Management.
Knowledge that the student will learn: Strategy and Operation of a Multinational Pharma Corporate Department.Direct and transversal interaction with multiple corporate and local teams.Knowledge in all Pharma Business Development processes.Training in management tools such as CRM, secondary research databases, business case models, and licensing IN/OUT journeys. Tasks: Provide support to the business development team in any of the core processes: Licensing IN, Licensing OUT, Alliance Management.Develop presentations and analysis for managers and support them in business cases for strategic assets.Support the development of new and existing strategic partnerships and alliances.Coordination of various strategic topics.Responsible for managing, maintaining, and updating BD-L Management CRM, documental repository, and web channel lead inquiries.
