ABA Center International, located in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, is looking for a Head Practitioner (BCBA). - You work as a Head Practitioner with clients with intellectual, physical and/or sensory impairment or other developmental delays.

- You work from the scientifically proven ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) method. In order to do this as well as possible, we will train you in ABA and coaching on the job.
JOB REQUIREMENTS HEAD PRACTITIONERYou have a care-related training at a minimum WO level or similar.You are in possession of a completed and valid BCBA certificate or you have at least 2 years of experience in ABA.You have a SKJ registration.You have knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder and General Behavioral Development.You can carry out the work independently within formulated guidelines and procedures and have good written skills.You have a proactive working attitude and take initiative.You're good at reporting.Reducing challenging behavior and reinforcing alternative functional skills is something you enjoy doing.TASKSDraws up guidance and treatment plans.Reports and evaluates weekly in the workout.Uses ABA strategies and implements the goals described in the individual program during all treatments.Reads the supervision notes for each session and performs the proposed changes to the session.Does intakes and assessments.Writes assessment reports according to the 'report checklist'.Develops and gives training.Does Client Drive audits.Sets up new OneDrive client files.Supervises clients and BTs, including doing OneDrive audits.Supports new trainees. Does overlaps for first client sessions.Participates in parent conversations.Guides and trains junior pedagogical supervisors and pedagogical supervisors according to the 'supervisor checklist'.Assists with BT training.Documents incidents.Participates in training.Follows Privacy Laws.Takes measurements and participates in quality improvement projects.Reports working hours daily.Uses own laptop or tablet to enter data.Administration tasks assigned by directors.Completing coordinator tasks and overseeing coordinator tasks.RESPONSIBLE FOR SUPERVISION OF ALL CLIENTSReviews client goals when written by other supervisors.Does overlaps.Reviews weekly supervisor reports, gives feedback to supervisors.Keeps supervisors accountable to meet deadlines (evaluations, reports).Reviews, edits, and approves progress reports (English).Reviews, edits, and approves assessment reports (English).Does evaluations of all supervisors including own assigned BTs.Does OneDrive final/IOA audits.Checks client programs 30 minutes per month for each client.TEAMLEADER HASSELBRAAM OR AMBULATORY TEAMPresent at the centre at least 3 mornings per week.Prepares the admin supervisor weekly agenda, and takes the lead in the centre team meetings.Answers questions for staff.Ensures daily checklist is filled out by staff every day.Ensures weekly checklist is uploaded by staff and reviews outcomes. Gives feedback about outcomes.Ensures the group is organized and clean (by staff).Ensures supplies are sufficient.Ensures data collection, visuals are correctly used.Communicates challenges.Assists with finding solutions for others.Other tasks assigned by directors.RESPONSIBLE FOR SUPERVISION OF ALL BTS and supervisorsCreates BT goals or reviews BT goals when written by other supervisors.Does one direct BT overlap for each BT every 2 months.Does one 30-minute program review every month.Does 3-tier overlaps for a minimum of once per three months for each client.Reviews weekly coordinator checklist, gives feedback to supervisor coordinating all coordination tasks and ensures that feedback is given to the coordinators themselves.Ensures that MDO and parent training takes place for each client on a monthly basis.Communicates barriers and solutions to directors.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Permanent
