This executive-level position requires a strategic mindset, deep market insights, and strong collaboration with key stakeholders. Reporting into the Head of Performance Strategy, you will be part of our dynamic Performance Marketing team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive performance strategy aligned with the company's 3-year strategic plan. By considering internal and external factors, product innovation, market trends, and overall effectiveness, you will deliver best-in-class performance marketing to drive growth and success.What you will doWork closely with the Head of Performance Strategy to implement a comprehensive performance strategy for Entain's brands.Define weekly strategic sync meetings with leadership to ensure alignment and progress towards strategic goals.Collaborate with key stakeholders across Sports & Gaming to align regional and product priorities with performance marketing operations.Participate in weekly/monthly/quarterly commercial & proposition priorities sessions across Sports/Gaming for all markets.Conduct market research to gather insights and inform strategic decision-making.Prepare the weekly trading pack for all Performance Marketing channels across all regions.Lead the reporting and review cycle, showcasing performance against commercial and strategic targets.Conduct regular competitive analysis across performance marketing channels in the target markets to stay informed and maintain a competitive edge.QualificationsPrevious experience in a Marketing role within the igaming industry.Strong analytics skills and experience in segmenting data.Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and industry trends.Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to translate insights into actionable plans.Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.Experience with budget management, reporting, and optimization.Knowledge of emerging technologies, tools, and platforms in performance marketing.Experience in campaigns analytics, KPI tracking.Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written and presentational).Comfortable with high degree of autonomy and responsibility
