As a key member of the team, the primary responsibility will be to administer a high quality and consistent service to People Managers, Employees, Payroll and third parties in an efficient, timely and customer focused way.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Roll out the Workday optimization model for Employees and People Leaders.Demonstrate how to provide knowledge and ideas to challenge existing processes and streamline ways of working.Ensure that all the administrative part is executed in a timely manner (job offer, job change, time off, and benefits management, letters, provision of information to third parties and payroll, etc.).Responsible for all the internal communications.Support attracting and retaining the best professionals in the market for each available position with maximum transparency.Manage the induction and onboarding process for hires and leavers, ensuring these hires are fully equipped with the tools needed for a smooth onboarding process.Employee Engagement: Support in the annual engagement survey and all the Action Plans.HR Administration: Monitoring organizational charts, documentation update and control, functions and departmental structure, organization changes.Providing timely, accurate and responsive answers to questions from Employees and People Leaders.Support in immigration processes with the external provider.Talent Management: Support our Talent strategy (Career Tab, Talent Matrix and Successions Plans).Support in reviewing Hong Kong payroll monthly and all the added formalities (Annual tax declaration, Rental Reimbursement Program).Preparation of events, meetings, and conferences
