We are looking for a Supply Chain Planner who will be involved in all EMEA supply chain activities for the Medical Vision business (MV), from demand & supply planning to suppliers, to order fulfilment with our 3PL.
This role contributes to specific areas of the Security and Surveillance business supply chain operations, particularly those related to purchasing, inventory, VAL activities, and inbound logistics.In this role, you will work closely with the order fulfilment coordinators, product management, sales, finance, and suppliers to purchase and deliver the right product at the right place and at the right time while meeting the targets for delivery performance, inventory, and logistic costs.Duties/Responsibilities:Drives the monthly Purchase, Sales & Inventory (PSI) planning cycle for MV business.Manages license purchasing in conjunction with the product manager.Value-Added Logistics (VAL) work order management for HDD testing, recorder staging, and repacking activities.Manages the day-to-day logistics between suppliers and (third party) warehouse.Customer order management for MV (medical division) business.Consignment inventory/Vendor Management Inventory with MV key customers.Maintain a correct inventory administration between i-PRO and warehouse/customer systems.Master data management - Responsible for creating and maintaining supplier master data, including purchase prices.Provides data for product and environmental compliance-related activities, such as annual reporting and customer requests.Performance reporting.Support, manage and initiate initiatives to continually improve processes, KPI's, inventory levels, and optimize operational costs through all stages of the supply chain process.Back-up for Manager Supply Chain for purchasing and supply-related activities.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in a start-up, operations, logistics or supply chain management role.Degree in business, supply chain, or similar studies.Process and data minded.

You enjoy solving complex problems concerning supply planning and inventory.Accuracy and high attention to detail.Ability to adapt and respond quickly to new challenges and circumstances.Fluency in English both spoken and written; German is considered a plus.Ability to structure your area of responsibility effectively and keep records of all open issues in a complex working environment.Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP), and Excel are a requirement.
