About the Team:
The Real Estate Business Unit strives to simplify the home-buying journey in Spain through best-in-class technology and top-notch service, while also integrating it into the home-financing journey in a one-stop-shop approach. Our end goal is to empower and serve all of the players in the homebuying ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
A City Manager in Huspy has full ownership of business results in a series of districts while driving Product and Ops prioritisation. They will have their own B2B Sales Executive and Account Manager, as well as Sales and Supply Agents.
Define and execute the business strategy for your area - fully owning results and P&L.Collaborate with other City Managers to set the commercial strategy for Spain.Accountable for bringing Supply in your area, as well as managing the full sales cycle.Manage a team of B2B Sales and AMs as well as Sales and Supply Real Estate Agents and hire when necessary.Liaise with Central Ops, Marketing and Product Teams to prioritize roadmaps and initiatives that will help you achieve your results.Achieve targets through effective planning, setting action plans / initiatives, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.Requirements:
- Experience in building tech businesses, especially in Early Stage.
- Team management experience.
- Be Ops and Data-Driven to support your decision-making.
- Can-do attitude, bias for action and willingness to learn.
- Desire to build and learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Availability to work full-time, 40 hours/week.
