What you'll do Conduct market research to identify and acquire new suppliers, negotiating favorable terms.Coordinate onboarding, maintain CRM data, and collaborate with the content team to enhance supplier acquisition and retention.Promptly manage and resolve supplier incidents to maintain strong relationships.Build and optimize supplier relationships through data analysis to improve retention.Monitor supplier performance accurately during booking to ensure reliability.Facilitate cross-team collaboration to boost supplier engagement.Stay informed about company developments for effective communication with suppliers.How we imagine you +2 years of experience in customer service and/or business development.Degree in Tourism, Revenue Management, Business Administration, Public Relations, Marketing, Communication.Native level of written and spoken Italian & Advanced English; Spanish is a plus, and any other languages will be an asset for our expansion plans.You are based in Barcelona and feel comfortable with a hybrid model (3 days in the office and 2 possible days remotely).Proficient in managing and prioritizing tasks with a keen understanding of urgency.Utilizes strong and positive language to engage clients effectively while demonstrating exceptional verbal and written communication skills.And the most important: you don't take no for an answer!Why Apartool?
