We use insights to form strategy, then execute across all areas of social, including community management, listening, content, reporting, and crisis management.So now we are looking for a social media expert to join our team to work as a French Community Manager in multiple client projects.Responsibilities:Protect our clients' brands and ensure their reputation is maintained.Provide meaningful customer relationships while being aware of any potential issues on social media platforms.Respond to comments, complaints, and queries, engaging with the online audience on behalf of our clients across various social media channels.What We're Looking For:Excellent French level: Superb writing skills are essential.Background experience: Experience in engagement, social customer care, localization, translation, copywriting, moderation, and/or community management, either with a brand or digital agency.Social Media knowledge: Familiarity with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, and/or YouTube.Confidence with digital technology: Knowledge of the latest trends in social media.A self-motivated social media expert comfortable working remotely.If you have experience working in the automotive industry, that would be superb!Working Hours:Project One:- Monday to Friday: Ad-Hoc Shifts but mainly 8am to 9am (GMT), 3pm to 5pm (GMT)- Saturday and Sunday: 11am to 1pm (GMT), 3pm to 3.30pm (GMT)Project Two:- Most days (Ideally Mon, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday): 7am to 8am (GMT), 3pm to 5pm (GMT)Project Three:- Most Days (Ideally Mon, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday): 8am to 11am (GMT), 3pm to 8pm (GMT)Please note the above times are in GMT so this will need to be converted depending on your location.How to Apply:If you love social media, enjoy flexibility in your life, and would like to kickstart a career in the social media industry, then this is a great opportunity to work with our award-winning agency.
