We believe that a clear common purpose, promoting authenticity of individuals and creating a learning environment will help our teams bring their best.As the Manager, People Operations and Development, you will be responsible for supporting and delivering on a wide range of strategic priorities, including developing a growth and learning culture, building internal audit capabilities, and driving functional changes. You will also support creating a stable operating rhythm, through supporting and delivering on our operating calendar including content for key leadership and governance forums.Audit OperationsThe Audit operations team sits at the heart of the internal audit function, we are on our own journey to evolving our approach, with the aim of supporting the global audit team to get better and better at delivering our purpose and strategy, while growing and learning at the same time. We are here to support the audit function to deliver exceptional insights to our varied stakeholders, as well as influencing the control environment.The team's role is to set up and continuously improve what we as an audit function do, how we work, develop and grow together. Building efficiencies and driving meaningful change.What will be your challenge? The Manager, People Operations and Development will support the cultural evolution of the function. They will be responsible for developing and supporting the delivery of people development, capability building, and people-related practices.This role will work with the internal audit team and collaborate with key internal audit stakeholders to support the effective evolution of the function. This role has a global remit, and will work with teams across Europe, North America, Latin America and Asia-Pacific.What will your day-to-day life be like?Support the ongoing activities and development of the Group Audit People & Communications agenda - including delivering initiatives, preparing materials and communications, communicating and working with the wider team to implement such activities.Reviewing and analyzing the existing operating model, and working with others in the audit operations team supporting the evolution to a more agile at scale function.Coordinating activities to develop and improve skills and capabilities within the Internal Audit team, including identifying training needs, working with Audit Centers of Excellence on technical training and where appropriate working to ensure development of training undertaken, in particular, related to human skills.Planning and facilitation of learning events for Group Audit, including learning days.Working with people operations colleagues to deliver leadership meeting agendas, materials to provide insightful discussions, actions and following up on actions to move forward.Ensure delivery of activities aligned to Group Audit key dates and deliverables calendar and ensure appropriate 'Flight Plan' of activities.Run onboarding programme for new team members, liaising with their respective regions to ensure they are integrated into the team and understand the function's purpose, processes, and expectations.
