: In this role as a Talent Manager, you will be in charge of reaching the goals of the Talent Acquisition Team.
On a daily basis, you will lead the Acquisition Team and push the recruitment process for the different vacancies.Your challenges :Lead, coach and participate in the development of the team.Provide strong perspectives and boost the team to simplify complex situations.Drive creative recruitment strategies and ensure all vacancies are filled while considering time and budget matters.Offer pre-employment as well as onboarding training.Lead and help the Talent Acquisition team (3 specialists) to ensure that the targets are met.Collaborate with the People leaders by creating branding strategies for employees and for transversal projects that have a strategic outcome for the company.Communicate regularly with the Tech Leads and VP's to ensure a clear recruitment process and positions that are closed on time .What do you need to apply?
