In this role, you'll be responsible for the development and successful execution of the marketing programs at PayFit Spain. You will have a 360 role with a strong impact on all marketing operations. The Marketing Specialist will partner with the Head of Marketing Spain, marketing teams (local, growth, PMM) and Sales team to support revenue, create pipeline and generate brand awareness by setting and executing a successful content editorial strategy, partnerships, campaigns and product launches.
Additionally in this role you will have a strong collaboration with the Events Specialist Spain to support a wide range of events activations (trade shows, webinars, in-house events).
What You'll be doing: Participate in the elaboration of the strategy and the execution of the marketing plan that supports Spain strategy and business objectives.Partner with the marketing team to create and execute integrated programs and campaigns and coordinate with the Spanish sales teams to build repeatable pipeline/GPMRR and support revenue.Build, localize, execute and report on a successful content editorial strategy while managing the content across the different business channels (website, LPs, campaigns…).Own and execute communications for PayFit Spain customers, including the monthly newsletter, upselling campaigns and go-to-markets.Support and develop activities with key PayFit partners by defining co-marketing activities and opportunities as required within the marketing plan.With the Head of Marketing Spain, participate in the definition and execution of complex programs such as influence strategy, referral program, reviews, integrated campaigns, new product releases and go-to-markets.Analyze results, metrics and report to the Head of Marketing Spain the effectiveness and performance of activities run.Oversee market opportunities by competitor and industry benchmarking and new marketing levers.You will be the right hand of the Head of Marketing, to implement the best marketing strategy for PayFit in the Spanish market.
