We are looking for urban planners and landscape architects or architects with a background and development in urban planning and landscape, interested in developing a wide range of projects located all around the world. The selected person will be working based at the Urban Planning and Landscape department but with potential support to other departments of the business line in the following tasks:Providing support in terms of technical urban planning and landscape design expertise and administration including sustainable land-use planning and sustainable urban and infrastructure design.Supervising designs and drawings using project specifications and discipline-associated written and verbal instructions in accordance with established design practices, standards, and procedures.Supporting leadership in a wide range of projects and bids: architectural, urban planning, infrastructure and engineering, environmental projects, competitions, etc.Developing urban vision, objectives, framework and planning and urban design key performance indicators for planning and design projects, producing plot, city and territorial level development guidelines and outline urban implementation plans.Preparing presentations for ultimate delivery to clients, stakeholders and government (approving agencies) to advance understanding of urban aspects of projects, approvals for development, master plans, development guidelines and policies.Managing urban planning and landscape design meetings, workshops and presentations with authorities, clients and staff as appropriate.Generating written and illustrative urban planning and landscape design principles, concepts, strategies, controls, and guidelines in line with local and international regulations and standards.Contributing to the team environment, practicing open communication, a participative approach to meetings and work commitment to projects.Other duties may be assigned; this document is not intended to be an exhaustive list of duties and responsibilities.Minimum RequirementsStrong portfolio which demonstrates excellent technical and commercial capabilities.Between 5 and 8 years of experience in urbanism and landscape. Experience in public realm design would be an asset.Excellent design, visualization, and graphic skills.Agile decision making, negotiation and commercial skills.Client/project focused solutions.Excellent organizational skills.Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.Good writing and oral communication skills both in English and Spanish.Skills in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) and MS Office.Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture or Urban Planning/Design.What We OfferWe will give you the flexibility you need to do your best work with hybrid work options.
