.As a Planner & Replenisher, you will Ensure the scheduling of the items managed (identified by the planning class), in respect of the safety stocks (for MTS = stock items) or of the orders, acting in compliance with the Manufacturing capacity resources, and providing a monthly Production Plan to meet the established service requirements, (present and future possible demand), ensuring the availability of the materials on time, and in full at the warehouse. Maintains items data set up actualized and creates the rules for the new products. Replenish the goods to the sites / warehouses, and final customer managed, maintaining the inventory levels agreed with the receiving sites, and meeting OTIF targets to their customers,ensuring the optimization distribution cost, by scheduling a shipment Plan, interacting directly with the forwarders, and the warehouse & distribution areas**Key Responsibilities**- Checking the ASCP messages, and a daily order report from the report server, to decide which products require a batch created. Schedule batches for a monthly Plan, and adjust daily if necessary.- Create a Production plan within the PSO rates meeting inventory and customer service targets, working closely and strongly with the production counterpart- Cooperate with customer service and market teams to manage in the most effective way stops of consumptions or new introductions, with the scope of giving continuity to the service and minimize the risk of obsolescence.- Interact with procurement planners in case of raw material shortages and changes to the plan within the time fence- Interact with production planners on sending site for best balance into production requirements,to ensure that the entire chain is considered for the decisions.- Ensure clear and up-to-date communication with the receiving sites.**Qualifications**- University degree (Bussiness Administration, Engineering, Economics, logisctics)- 2 years experience in Logistics- High level of English and French/German will be a plus.- Communication and interaction Capabilities- Mathematic and Logic Capabilities- Supply Chain Skills**ABOUT US**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way**Every single day at PPG:**We partner with customers to create mutual value.**We are insightful, dedicated and proactive.
