If so, let's start the conversation.Legal CounselWe are seeking an In-house Legal Counsel that provides a full range of advice and services on matters of law including commercial, data protection, real estate, employment, and/or disputes.
This may include review and drafting of legal documents, managing risk, conducting negotiations on behalf of the organization, and liaising with external counsel.
Responsibilities are within the Legal function as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines.
The role may act as a contract liaison between the organization and customers/vendors, including participation in pre-contract discussions, contract negotiations, and contract changes.
The candidate will assess the commercial risk of contracts.Minimum Requirements:Fluency in both Spanish and English.Experience in legal matters including commercial, data protection, real estate, and employment law.The role is working remotely, and candidates can be based anywhere in Spain.
