About the Role: As an Associate in Corporate Secretary, you will play a pivotal role in supporting corporate governance and compliance processes for our clients. You will gain exposure to industry best practices and play an integral part in delivering seamless and compliant Corporate Secretary processes on fundcraft's platform.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in the execution of daily Corporate Secretary tasks for clients, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.Participate in the preparation, review, and maintenance of corporate documents, including Board Minutes, resolutions, and other statutory records, while ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.Manage the organization, filing, and retrieval of digital records, maintaining compliance with fundcraft's record-keeping and retention policies.Support the onboarding process for new clients and funds by assisting with Corporate Secretary tasks to ensure seamless transitions.Maintain accurate and up-to-date investor records and documentation on fundcraft's proprietary platform, ensuring consistency and accessibility.Address client queries promptly, collaborating with team members to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.Participate in process improvement initiatives by sharing feedback and contributing to the enhancement of operational workflows and product delivery.Qualifications & Experience: Degree in Business Administration, Law, Political Science, International Relations, or similar.Familiarity with corporate governance and compliance principles, with a willingness to develop expertise in these areas.Competent in using digital platforms and tools for document management and reporting.Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.Skills & Expected Behaviours: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills to address client queries and support team operations.Maintains high standards of accuracy and professionalism in all deliverables.Proactive and resourceful, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement and learning.Adapts to a fast-paced, dynamic environment, showing flexibility and a solution-oriented approach.Why Join Us: Join a culture that celebrates creativity and welcomes innovative, disruptive ideas, empowering you to make a real impact.
