Valeo Group is one of the world's largest automotive suppliers, focused on innovative products, development, and customer satisfaction.Working with us means managing the most advanced and sophisticated technologies.Our Martos plant is one of the biggest sites within our Visibility Systems Business Group, responsible for developing and manufacturing Lighting Products and Electronics.As a e-Process Project Team Member in Valeo Martos, you will lead the industrialization of products and equipment following the IPROM (Industrial Project Management) procedure, working in a fast-paced, international, and multicultural environment.Your Responsibilities:Manage the industrial schedule, resources, and budget to reach the project target, and alert the managers when standards are not met.Responsible for the manufacturing and assembly of the product.Coordinate industrial aspects with other PTM Contributors, such as Tooling, Buyer, and Logistics.Represent the industrial organization of the project in internal or external (customers, suppliers) meetings.Define with the project team the process to meet performance and cost targets.Ensure respect of safety and VPS (Valeo Production System) rules and guidelines during the process development.Ensure adequate interaction with the product development team to perform simultaneous engineering.Manage the process development documentation, including specifications and SOCO.Attend IVC for project reviews regarding industrial tasks and escalate issues if necessary.As Technical Fellow for e-Process:Characterize EMS Industrial STD.Answer PCB Engineering questions (EQ).Conduct Electronic design review of PCBA (Layout Review).Perform DFM (Design for Manufacturing, scope electronic and mechanical).Assess Process Design Checker (PDC).Support process technical questions during the supplier Design Review (EMS).Support SQA during EMS qualification.Manage action plan for the items above.Initialize the Test Design Checker (TDC).Ensure respect of all Quality standards to guarantee products and services conformity (P-FMEA, Control plan, SPPC list).Ensure compliance with environment, health, and safety risks prevention according to the HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) system.Manage applicable sections of the Safety, Quality, and Environment Policy of the site.Properly manage activities for Customer satisfaction.Desired Skills and Experience:Electronic Engineering Degree / Master.2 years in process development or production, ideally in the automotive industry.Results-oriented to meet development expectations.Ability to work in a team spirit with other networks (RD, purchasing, project, quality).Ability to work in a multicultural environment (Europe, India, China).Passion for the automotive industry.English level B2 is mandatory.If you DO NOT meet all the requirements, don't worry, we want to meet you too!
