Your Role: You will help create the customer experience and deliver exceptional support.
Hours and Benefits: Full-time (39 hours/week) temporary contract Schedule (rotative): Monday to Sunday, from 09.00 to 17.00 Salary: 16.732 Euros gross/year + up to 1.200 Euros gross/year in bonus Start date: Immediate Holidays: 23 working days of paid annual leave (generated on the basis of the calendar year and in proportion to time worked) You: Have a real passion for fashion and jewelry Love helping people and enjoy making them feel unique Have an enthusiastic and engaging personality Enjoy working in a young and dynamic work environment You Bring to the Table: You are a native level speaker in Polish You are fluent in English or Spanish You can handle high volume under pressure You are a fast learner and multitasker You have great communication skills and show empathy The period of holiday entitlement is fixed by mutual agreement between the company and the employee.
