Job Description:As the Senior Program Manager, New Product Innovation you are accountable for managing innovation programs and projects, with a high impact on the business from initiation to product launch. In addition, you drive the planning and prioritization of innovation programs as well as coordinate end-to-end cross-functional teams to ensure projects deliverables and timeline commitments. You work proactively with the other functions, especially the Business lead, Regulatory, Global Development, Operations, Quality and Procurement functions as needed to ensure the overall program & projects objectives.
Key Responsibilities:Deliver projects as per defined milestones, cost, quality, and performance criteria and lead project planning and execution. This also includes, creating and managing project plans (timelines, scope documents, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables) with the Marketing Lead/Innovation Director, securing input from all impacted functional areas of the company.Monitor critical path activities and follow up with team members to ensure project stays on track. Work to resolve timing constraints if critical tasks are delayed and make recommendations based on the triple constraint priority. Deliver the project successfully - on time, on budget and meeting product costs.Constructively challenge tactical approaches and operational strategies established by the project team to optimize the project plans. Therefore, you are excellent in building relations with different stakeholders and are comfortable with managing different needs and driving negotiations both internally and externally.Act as the gate keeper for the innovation programs and projects: ensuring proper governance and on-time decision making.
