You support with gathering, compiling and maintaining HR-related information and preparing various reports and documents.
You also support with the completion of special projects and duties as needed, both at local and regional level.
Main Responsibilities: Co-responsible for Spanish monthly pay rolling and filings Advise on labor contracts regarding changes in legislation Support with recruiting activities (internal and external resources) Create, support, set up introduction for new hires Assist with maintaining and updating job descriptions Assist drafting with all employment life cycle related documents Maintain procedures manual to ensure consistent performance of routines On request take part in any company meetings to assure administrative follow-through Take initiative on requests and inquiries of administrative nature Gather, compile, and maintain HR-related data and prepare various reports and documents Support the region during Annual HR Audits Handle employee issues in a confidential and professional way Assure discreet handling of all business visitors Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, or more than 4 years relevant work experience in a comparable job Experience: Experience with payroll and benefits; Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus; Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook); Experience working in an international organization Skills: Ability to work well with others at all levels of the organization; Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building both internal and external relationships; Ability to handle the pressure of meeting tight deadlines; Well-structured and analytical, but with a sense for human interest; Strong and effective organizational skills; Multi-tasking capabilities with an eye for detail and the willingness to work across departments; Results oriented and ability to prioritize tasks in an efficient manner; Ability to work independently with rapidly changing priorities Languages: High level of written and spoken English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus Travel availability: (Inter) National Travel may be required approximately 5% of the time
