Siemens Mobility Spain would like to get on board a Team Leader System Assurance Management in Local (Spain) Customer Projects.
Mission: Drive System Assurance RAMS, Validation Verification and Approval team for Spanish Customers (ADIF, Metro Madrid, TMB, FGC) projects within Siemens Mobility Spain, as to ensure that technical solutions and processes to be applied within the projects are fit for the applicable regulations.
Starting with system concept analysis, assurance and V&V plan preparation and collaborating in the preparation of the integration strategy, that will lead to the final validation of the solutions.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
Drive a team of System Assurance managers, coach, train and lead.
Analysis and planning of resources and tasks, considering economic efficiency and continuous monitoring of the results achieved.
Responsibility as a superior contact person, both internally and externally, e.g. towards global customers and stakeholders.
This involves clarification and coordination of complex interfaces to other specialist areas, organizational units and customers as required.
Support and be involved in all the strategic initiatives of the Center of Excellence when required.
Provide feedback to the solution owners regarding the overall assurance strategies.
Network intensively with other Siemens units, which provide some of the services themselves, and coordinate the joint approach.
Together with your team and the regional units, support the bid phase of projects worldwide.
Requirements:
You have a bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in electrical / electronic engineering.
7 years' experience in Rail Signaling business, with good demonstrable knowledge in MT & ML signaling solutions (ERTMS, ASFA, ATP codes, CBTC).
5 years' experience as RAMS engineer.
Deep knowledge on CENELEC standards for RAMS EN50126, EN50129, EN50128, EN50159.
Hands-on experience in Hazards Management and identification, SIL and THR ratings.
Hands-on experience in performing RAMS studies like FMEA, FMECA, FTAs.
Hands-on experience in management and identification of applications conditions and its impact in the safety and operation of systems.
Experience in Requirements Management, specification, traceability, and validation.
Desirable experience in Product or System Development.
Desirable +5 years hands-on experience as tester or equivalent.
Desirable +1 year experience leading engineering or R&D teams.
Strong self-motivated person with a natural focus on customer needs without sacrificing project KPIs.
Perfect communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent team player.
Fluent in English and Spanish, German is a plus.
Readiness for travel.
