What are we looking for?We are seeking a talented, enthusiastic, and experienced individual to join our Growth team. Your role is critical to ensuring seamless operations across the customer journey. You will be accountable for enhancing customer experience and satisfaction. Your functions will include project management, customer care, and quality assurance. You will collaborate with the Growth team, nurturing and expanding the business with our customers.
ResponsibilitiesAs Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end customer operation cycle. This is a customer-facing role to ensure the onboarding and use of our product. As an individual contributor, you will also coordinate all the internal resources to ensure customer satisfaction, from ordering to invoicing processes.
