We have a great opportunity in our Madrid office for an Operations Technician (French or Dutch speaking). Within Chubb Operations Hub for Continental Europe, you would be based in Madrid acting as Operations Technician for our Iberian branches, providing the highest standards of quality, service delivery, and accuracy within the operations function by reviewing instructions received from the Iberia Underwriting team or brokers, accurately entering premium bookings, and preparing policy documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical and administrative support to the management of the On-line SME portfolio.
Support the standardized model of using Ignite/ICT to provide a seamless, high-quality service to the end customer.
Support the Operations Manager as Process Owners for all retained and outsourced processing and related activities.
Manage user system maintenance within agreed SLAs.
Manage the system setup of new products and associated policy documentation/invoice production within agreed SLAs and quality standards.
Ownership and maintenance of relevant systems.
Manage Broker Network setup and maintenance including Broker Novations.
Manage and respond within SLA to all general Broker correspondence.
Manage the manual processing of any system fall-outs, within SLA.
Keep current on all relevant product knowledge to SME products.
Review and monitor all outsourced work elements.
Production of relevant SOX reporting for Team Leader sign off.
Undertake audits and Quality Control checking of outsourced and retained work elements.
Quality Check booking requests received on Registration System.
Triage, investigate, and resolve credit control queries within SLA.
Qualifications:
French or Dutch (native or bilingual).
English (High/advanced level).
Experience within a Processing role is essential.
Previous Commercial Insurance experience is preferred.
