Within those focused areas, we deliver a broad portfolio of consulting services spanning all stages of the innovation lifecycle, from mobilizing resources to develop (collaborative) R&D activities, to supporting the commercialization of innovative solutions and assessing their impact.The positionWe are currently offering one position as a project consultant for our team working on Future Mobility projects. You will be working at our Barcelona headquarters with fellow team members taking responsibility for the execution and management of consultancy assignments. You will be working in 2-3 small teams for several clients in parallel. Main tasks you will work on are related to the services we deliver, potentially including:- Conceptualization and implementation of international R&D initiatives (projects, networks), often supported under EC innovation programs (typically Horizon Europe and Interreg)- Assessment of economic, environmental, and societal impact of innovative pilots, defining future data collection and analysis- Business modeling and definition of exploitation strategies to support the implementation of new solutions and services.Minimum Requirements:- Background and profile: a MSc in Civil/Industrial engineering or dedicated postgraduate education on a relevant topic (transport economics, data analysis & mobility). We look for profiles reflecting a specific interest in the mix between business and technology, ideally with additional education in business and innovation management.- Languages: truly fluent English, both written and oral, is essential (almost all of our assignments are performed in English). Additionally, we value fluency in our client native languages such as Spanish, Dutch, German, and French.- Writing skills: good writing skills are essential; we need you to enjoy and be good at creating convincing argumentations, easily translating complex technical concepts into clear and compelling business language.- Soft skills: we expect a great deal of autonomy and pro-activity, being able to communicate professionally with partners and clients, managing and leading discussions and public presentations.- Relevant experience and additional expertise: 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in the domain of Future Mobility; it will be a strong plus for consultancy or other innovation positions.Please notice that your activities will include occasional meetings at different client locations around Europe. Therefore, you should be fully available to travel once or twice a month for a couple of days.
