You will be supporting the Key Account Manager in the day-to-day customer relationship management to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. You will:
Customer Relationship ManagementCustomer Relationship FrameworkSupport Key Account Manager for Quarterly Account Meeting with OEs C-level (preparation of content, follow-up)Support Key Account Manager for Net Promoter Score exercise (e.g. meeting coordination; result consolidation; action tracking)Support Key Account Manager for Monthly financial meeting (customer management level/dispute handling)Issue & escalation management - Financial & contractual topicsAd hoc invoice clarificationAd hoc billing reportingCustomer Intelligence & Events - Improve external communication towards customerBest practice sharing cross Account Management CTOsNew service/Change of service recurring meetings conducted jointly with Service OrganizationContractsContract E2E negotiationTracking and follow-up on contracts in signature process to ensure timely closureAct as primary point of contact with Service Owners of Global Shared Services, for all tasks within Account Management e.g. Planning, ForecastingFinanceOverdue ReceivablesTracking and closure of Overdue Receivables and controlling of monthly payments - interface to Debt Collection TeamCommercialsMonthly approval for billing itemsEnsure monthly Financial ReconciliationRevenue PlanningConduct annual planning with the OE & AzT Service OrganizationForecasting: Minimize risks in the Year End Steering with proper follow-up on charging status vs. plan / request necessary accruals (OE/CFO)Your skills:
