Work remotely and quickly develop into an account executive for our German and English customers. We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (M/F/d) who is eager to contribute to our growth.
We want someone who aligns with our growth plans.

Salary: Attractive.

Closing Attitude: If you can close deals, that would be a plus, but it is not necessary.
It is more about structured communication.

We hired Vincenzo, our Head of Sales, and will now build the team, starting with you.

Working Hours: Flexible.
You decide when to work.
Just coordinate it with your colleagues.

Place of Work: Remote.
Travel only for company get-togethers.
We will cover the costs.

Equipment: We provide everything you need to succeed.

Your Qualifications: Hands-on: You are solution-oriented and love finding opportunities to automate processes. Previous Roles: Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative. Experience: One year or more.
We are looking for someone ready to grow with us. Language Skills: German (C1) is required.
Proficiency in English (C1) is also needed.
French is a big plus. Communication: You communicate transparently and empathetically. Technical Understanding: Familiarity with CRM software.
Experience with HubSpot would be a plus. Education: You have successfully completed vocational training or a bachelor's degree. Your Tasks: Daily Work: Provide administrative support, qualify leads, and assist Vince with documentation. Inbound: Handle pre-qualification by phone and coordinate meetings. Social Selling: Prospect and manage sequences on LinkedIn. Customer Contact: Build and maintain relationships through calls and written communication.
