**PURPOSE OF THE JOB**: Overall responsibility for ensuring that the country/cluster organization has the right people in the right job at the right time and has a supply of talent coming up for the future by supporting the businesses in career management, Talent acquisition and learning.
**MAIN RESPONSABILITIES**:
Performance Management - Provide support and expertise to HR colleagues and Country Management Committee on the People Management Cycle Processes, track results at country/cluster level. Check consistency and data quality. Propose corrective actions if necessary. Work proactively with Talent Management Network to improve current processes and aligns them with the short and long term company business objectives.Community management - Identify the need of a collective competency assessment and share this need with Group Community Management. Manage deployment of the processes and selected development tools into the country/Cluster. For a given community or other collective competency assessment projects, lead the project governance. Consolidate competency project outcomes and design with the project team action plans for collective development plans.Individual People Development - Identify employees to include in the Country Talent Pool. Conduct careers interviews with the identified employees and define development actions. Provide support and expertise to site HR leaders on Individual Development Plans (IDP) and follow up their deployment.People Review and Talent Forum - Manage the country/cluster People Review meeting. Lead Country talent acquisition projects. Promote internal resource, facilitate sharing of talent pools.Talent Acquisition & University Relations - Define Recruitment Strategy for the country/cluster in line with the Group guidelines. Supervise the strategy with the Universities and other Training centers. Work closely with MD's and Site HR for staffing top management and "local" positions. Participate to the selection of country/cluster Head-hunters. Conduct individual leadership, career and talent assessments as appropriate using a variety of tools.Other Projects - Lead the local deployment of certification initiatives such as Top Employer. Give support in the deployment of the Engagement Survey and Action plans. **What we are looking for**:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in human resource and/or Talent Management positions in a large multi-national company.Fluent in Spanish and English.Proven and successful experience leading succession planning, leadership development and diversity initiatives.Multicultural work experience in international and matrix organizations.Experience of HR operational aspects (Talent Management/Talent Development role for a large scope/regional level).Good skills in communication, public speaking and interpersonal skills.Strong Leadership abilities.Global & Cultural Awareness. **Who You Are**: Someone with strong interpersonal skills, adaptability to work with people from various cultures & areas of business.
