Manages the logistics teams on a day-to-day basis. Implements/improves the logistics organisation and its geographical footprint in line with the Group's priorities and operational needs optimises the overall organisation.Defines and implements operational action plans to ensure customer satisfaction.Stock Management / Planning / Anticipation: Defines the Group's stock management and supply flow strategy and policy, adapted to the operational realities of the areas covered. Works with the operational entities to establish a service level throughout the value chain. Builds supply plans with operational staff/end customers. Takes account of external constraints (particularly suppliers). Collaborates closely with purchasing, procurement, and operations to ensure that logistical, supplier, and operational constraints are taken into account in negotiations and the solutions defined. Supervises relations with external logistics partners (carriers, suppliers, etc.) and alerts the parties involved (purchasing/operations, etc.) if necessary. Compares forecasts with actuals, and adjusts accordingly - Detects and anticipates risks and opportunities.Performance Quality: Defines and implements appropriate performance KPIs / communicates at defined frequencies (e.g. stock levels, turnover rates, delivery times, forecast volumes, etc.). Manages and optimises logistics and supply chain costs. Contributes to optimising the company's BFR.Processes/tools: Supports/initiates the introduction of new IT/digital tools to create value builds and presents the corresponding business case. Analyses and develops the processes in place within the company, from identification of the need to delivery to the end customer. Ensures that processes and practices comply with audit recommendations and applicable standards.Interfaces: Leads and interfaces with the company's stakeholders: in particular operational staff and end customers, purchasing and procurement, finance. Manages relations with external service providers regarding the logistical aspects of the relationship (deadlines, quantities, compliance).YOUR PROFILESkills: Knowledge of purchasing, logistics, and supply businesses and issues. Ability to anticipate and drive change. Convincing / good communicator. Stress and priority management. International experience. Good knowledge of IT tools (MS Office, ERP, TMS, etc.). Knowledge of Lean concepts. Fluent English.Education/training/experience: 4/5 years of higher education, possibly with a specialisation in logistics.
