About The Role
Located in Logroo site, responsible for ensuring the overall success of a program including interfacing with internal/external disciplines including Engineering, Finance, Quality, Manufacturing, Sales, and Purchasing.
Your Responsibilities
You'll be directly accountable for program, project and project managers adherence to project management practices and deliverables relating to GDLS / ProLink and other interrelated system & processes.
Direct responsibility for the successful launch (Scope, Time, Cost & Quality) of a program ensuring all agreed company standard metrics are achieved:
Defining and managing the scope and requirements of the program(s) / project(s).
Define, maintain and adapt program / project(s) timing for all areas to meet the key milestone objectives.
Financial development, sign off and reporting for program(s) / project(s) sales pricing & cost, tool investment, capital investment, engineering development and design cost.
Ensure all aspects of the program and project are maintained and developed to meet the minimum quality objective requirements of the program / project.
What are we looking for
- Industrial Engineering Degree / Bachelors degree in Project and / or Program Management or equivalent role related experience.
- Attained a Professional Project / Program Management accreditation level (IPMA Level C as a minimum, or equivalent) with a recognised National / International Project Management organisation.
- Extensive experience in the automotive industry, ideally in program / project management within a suitably / substantially sized regional or global organisation.
- Good working knowledge / understanding industry standards & related procedures including APQP, PPAP and IATF16949.
- Sustainability focus.
- Spanish, English skills (essential) and German language skills (desirable).
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the customer and within IAC.
- Deep knowledge of Product Engineering.
- Flexibility to change priorities in response to changing programme / Project demands.
