Then this position might be right up your alley.The EBMT is a non-profit medical and scientific organisation which hosts a unique patient registry providing a pool of data to perform studies and assess new trends.Our missionSave and improve the lives of patients with blood-related disorders.Your missionProvide strategic leadership, develop a high-performing team, and ensure quality outcomes through effective project management, transparent communication, strong stakeholder relationships, compliance, and continuous improvement.Responsibilities and TasksStrategic Leadership and Collaboration: Develop and communicate a strategic vision, ensuring alignment of departmental goals with organizational objectives and educational priorities.Leadership and Team Development: Provide clear guidance, mentorship, and support to the employee, fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.Project and Process Management: Oversee the planning and execution of key responsibilities, including scientific programme coordination, abstracts management, grants/awards administration, and e-learning activities.Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate transparent communication between departments, committees, external partners, and sponsors to ensure alignment and resolve conflicts effectively.Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure all content (e.G. abstracts, e-learning materials, sponsorship deliverables) adheres to organizational standards, ethical guidelines, and accreditation requirements.Event Integration and Technical Oversight: Guide the integration of abstracts, grants, awards, and sponsorship deliverables into event schedules, ensuring a balance between scientific and promotional content.Problem-Solving and Continuous Improvement: Proactively address operational challenges such as scheduling conflicts, technical issues, or stakeholder concerns, balancing priorities and maintaining programme integrity.Reporting and Strategic Oversight: Supervise the preparation of detailed post-event reports, including metrics on abstracts, programme effectiveness, and participant feedback, to inform future improvements
