In all, you love what you do and love to work hard and have fun doing it.What You Will Do:Art direction and setting the standard of creative excellence for European and central teams for merchandising assetsTeam management of 3 direct reports supporting Europe and AustraliaWork effectively to handle workload and deliverablesMaintain a clear understanding of the CX design system and site functionalityPartner with our photography team to deliver customer relevant imagesIdeation and design of site content and assetsLead innovative creative concepts to better meet customer needs, testing where appropriate to confirm and refine approachDrive excellence in quality, design, typography and brand consistencyWork closely with Copywriters to ensure visuals and copy work togetherExecute on various production and post-production tasks with great attention to detail - and working with production teams to deliverClose collaboration and co-creation with cross functional global teamsWilling and able to take creative direction and execute on feedbackCustomer obsessionYour Qualifications:5-10 years of relevant design experience with a strong focus on site merchandisingLanguage: proficient EnglishStrong conceptual skills and clear understanding of messaging and brand adherenceAbility to interpret user test results and the general use of data to support creative decisionsCan effectively delegate and give constructive feedback, persuade/influence team members, sell ideas effectively and get measurable resultsA stunning portfolio of recent and current projectsProficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and FIGMANice to Have:Great teammate with communication and presentation skillsProject and team leadership abilitiesCurrent in web standards, design trends, current affairs, popular culture, and new advertising trends and techniques specifically for driving customer engagement on-lineWhy You'll Love Working Here: Being at Vista means that you don't see work as just a building, a desk or a manufacturing floor.
