Explore the city at your leisure from this conveniently located hotel, just 10 minutes from the city centre and a fantastic base to discover all the main attractions.What are we looking for?As an HR Coordinator, you will be in charge of recruitment, training, development, prevention risk, and payroll processes. This includes the full life cycle of recruiting, where you will be directly involved in the attraction, development, and employee retention.Payroll: You will be the contact person for all personnel as well as payroll-related topics. You will act as the liaison between employees and the labour relations consultancy and work closely with the Accounting department for payroll processing. You will also prepare employment contracts.Prevention Risk: Coordinate actions with the External Prevention Service in relation to the safety and health of workers and compliance with regulations. You will oversee the Health and Safety Committee, coordinate prevention in External Companies, manage EPIS, Health Surveillance, and conduct labour audits.Training: Ensure all training required by Hilton standards, Spanish legislation, and employee needs is met to improve service provided to guests. You will also be involved with metrics and classroom facilitation.Development: You will take care of the development side within the Hilton team. Coordinate with the HR team for annual performance reviews and analyze the results.Other tasks: Maintain employee communication through notice boards and other platforms, update the employee database, manage working hours schedules, attendance controls, and assist the HR Manager in audits.Desired Skills and ExpertiseAs an HR Coordinator, it is essential to have previous experience in a similar position and a high level of English and Spanish.
