We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team in Madrid.
The Customer Service Team supports the Outdoor Wireless Network (OWN) segment and is the main customer liaison for their orders.
This includes customer queries and order intake issues in a complex and exciting B2B environment.
How You'll Help Us Connect the WorldAs a member of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in crafting the customer experience at CommScope.
By forging positive relationships with both customers and internal teams, you will deliver exceptional service that leaves a lasting impact.
As a Customer Excellence Specialist, you will serve as a central figure, providing crucial support to our Business Segments and acting as the primary point of contact for customer orders.
In this multifaceted role, you will handle customer queries, lead all aspects of order intake and management, and ensure the successful delivery of goods within a complex B2B environment.
Your contribution will be instrumental in driving our go-to-market strategy, empowering our sales teams, and directly addressing customer needs through efficient query resolution and order management.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to deliver outstanding customer service, taking full ownership of resolving queries and meticulously managing customer orders from the initial sale all the way through to delivery and invoicing.
By collaborating seamlessly with multiple functions, you will not only meet but exceed our customers' expectations, ensuring their complete satisfaction.
