Join us as a P2P Advisor within TUI Global Business Services – TUI Musement (TUI MM), where you´ll provide a high level of service for internal and external customers. TUI MM is part of TUI Group, the world's leading tourism group ABOUT THE JOB As a P2P Advisor you´ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders, supporting financial controls as well as providing timely, comprehensive and accurate financial information back to the business. Prepare and analyse monthly reports using SAP and Asterix systems, including debtor risk assessments, prepayment management, and cash flow forecasts. Perform monthly closing tasks Identify, recommend, and drive continuous process improvement and automation, develop reporting dashboards ImplementP2P processes and centraliseof tasks Process analysis and GAP identifications, support and development Documentation of processes Training and support of our process and systems to ourhubs in another countries ABOUT YOU Business University degree advantageous Experience in a similar position with experience in developing analytical skills Strong data management skills : Power BI, MS Excel, MS PPT. Proven numerical skills and financial acumen Knowledge ofMicrosoft Visio and Microsoft Project Previous experience with a ERP tool – SAP advantageous and systems Asterix/Atlas Excellent level of English and Spanish mandatory, both written and verbal.
