What you can look forward to as Head of Marketplace (f/m/d): Lead global 'Universal Marketplace' organization with adherent global marketplace communities of our Aftermarket Division, supporting strategic business goals. Influence purchasing decisions at the interface between workshop and distribution level, grow our registered workshop customer base, enter into new countries, drive order volume, and optimize EBIT, ROI, and cash-flow of Marketplace. Act as CEO for Marketplace Platform and potential carved-out legal entity. Develop, execute, and improve business plan and strategy focusing on positioning ZF as orchestrator of workshop digitalization and workshop commerce. Build, manage, and refine global 'Universal Marketplace' business unit as a pioneer with clear USP, full-coverage listings, CX-optimized, and AI-driven digital product. Monitor and improve business and financial performance of Marketplace, internationalize and scale Marketplace across several regions and countries. Initiate and drive key business and marketplace improvement initiatives. Represent universal marketplace in the public domain and in ZF Group. Plan and forecast Marketplace performance based on advanced analytics and results monitoring. Build, coach, grow, retain, and inspire an agile, diverse, and high-performing Universal Marketplace team. Lead the team with a growth and team-first mindset, with clearly defined roles, career paths, succession plans, and employee success strategies. Ensure state-of-the-art leadership culture, competence, techniques, and tools. Your Profile as Head of Marketplace (f/m/d): University degree, ideally MBA, or a similar degree, or extensive experience in similar roles. Very strong leadership skills and proven experience in leading large teams to high performance in new and digital markets. Proven track record of managing ventures as well as M&A's. Very strong experience, expert knowledge, and thought leadership in digital marketplace and e-Commerce.
