Our mission is to deliver reliable, flexible, and cost-effective access to Low Earth Orbit for small and micro satellites, making space more accessible for everyone.Key Responsibilities Collaborating with engineering and technical teams to deliver aerospace engineering solutions that meet customer requirements.Serving as an integral member of the Engineering and Technical teams, developing and implementing effective Systems Engineering practices and integrating subsystem designs and developments into system-based reports and analyses for various projects.Ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of integrated technical activities within agreed time and cost parameters.Implementing a consistent approach to integrate engineering outputs that align with project objectives.Adhering to technical processes, methods, and tools as defined by the company's Operating Framework to meet customer needs.Effectively capturing, analyzing, and managing project engineering requirements.Identifying and managing project technical risks in collaboration with the Project Manager.Maintaining compliance with business processes and engineering governance.Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in aerospace or related engineering.Proficiency in Systems Engineering and related tools such as Functional Modeling, Requirements Management (ReqView, DOORS), and GitHub.Understanding of Safety/Reliability techniques (Failure Modes Effects Analysis, etc).Understanding of Quality Management Systems, particularly Configuration Management.Proficiency in people management and communication skills.Demonstrable working knowledge of general Systems Engineering principles in current and previous roles.Ability to make informed decisions on technical solutions.Understanding of aircraft certification and systems design.Personal Qualities and Behavior Demonstrated ability to lead small teams effectively.Dedicated team player with excellent customer interaction skills.Ability to perform well under pressure.Confidence in standing behind technical judgments.Benefits The opportunity to be part of an innovative team at the forefront of space technology.Engagement in exciting projects that will challenge your skills and expertise.Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement within our rapidly expanding company.A full-time, permanent position.Work Authorisation Job Type : Full-time, HybridSalary : 25,000.00€ - £39,000.00€ per yearMinimum experience required : 3 years of experience
