Your responsibilities and impact working as a SaaS Sales Manager:Taking care of the full sales cycle providing new business.Developing and maintaining long-term partnerships to help design, configure, sell and support solutions.Providing partners with pricing and configurations to meet their needs as required.Forecasting and reporting activity accurately and in line with expectations.Working closely with Sales Engineers to close the business to meet or exceed sales targets.Forging high-level relationships within accounts to win incremental product and service business.Establishing and working with partners in your territory.Keeping informed of the competitive landscape.Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:You are fluent in both Norwegian and English, both in written and verbal.You are a team player, with strong communication & negotiating skills.You have an entrepreneurial mind-set with strong Ecosystem/Partner Management skills.You are an exceptional account planner and have good skills in data gathering and reporting.You can easily switch between hands-on and strategic tasks.You have at least a bachelor's diploma in an (international) business or related program.You have a minimum of 3 years commercial experience and a background in the SaaS/IT/tech industry.What's in it for you?An open, flexible, and challenging environment in the Madrid-based office.An attractive salary package ranging between 45-55K + OTE.A clear career progression plan.Hybrid working format.
