Learn more.Agile Associate Position PurposeYou will be responsible for driving the execution and implementation of the assigned combustible brand initiatives within Iberia (Spain, Canarias, and Portugal), supporting consumer centricity and consumer knowledge across Iberia.
You will take part in the development of key marketing strategies supporting the Brand Manager and Brand Lead.What Will You Do – ResponsibilitiesSupport the Brand team by analyzing the market, brands, and consumers to understand opportunities and challenges, monitoring the performance of the brands and understanding the different market dynamics.Responsible for the implementation of Iberia Brand/market assigned initiatives to achieve annual strategic brand goals.Manage brand/market commercial activities assigned to reach or surpass the defined business goals while strengthening brand image.Monitor brand/market assigned performance, checking the impact of brand campaigns and proposing recommendations to ensure KPIs are achieved.Manage and coordinate key stakeholders to ensure perfect coordination, on-time execution, and excellent delivery of the different brand initiatives.Learn and understand market, competitors, and consumer behavior dynamics.Responsible for managing fluent and timely communication among key stakeholders.Monitor project status and follow up regularly with Brand Managers.Responsible for the early identification, escalation, and resolution of bottlenecks utilizing strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Propose corrections/improvements when needed and offer solutions to minimize disruption.Share concerns about workload peaks and project development.Responsible for efficient assigned budget management, thinking of potential optimizations to maximize ROI or impact.Manage self-workload by measuring time consumption spent on each project and phase, ensuring alignment with brand manager objectives and brand goals.Take part in the development of key marketing strategies supporting the Brand Manager and Brand Lead (pre-ASP, OP, Commercial reviews, or ad hoc projects when needed).Who Are We Looking For – RequirementsHigh standard of university degree (required).MBA or equivalent educational background will be an advantage.2 years of professional experience in FMCG marketing and/or CTA.High level of English Spanish.Background in marketing.Professional experience in Marketing Research is a plus.Analytical skills.Commercial understanding and translation of business questions into actionable business recommendations and implications are necessary.Recruitment ProcessThank you very much for your interest in the role.
