Procurement ManagerKey Responsibilities:Identify vendor synergies between group of companies on purchasing needs.Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.Collaborate with internal departments to identify procurement needs and requirements.Develop and implement procurement strategy, policies, and procedures that comply with company/group policies and industry best practices.Identify and source reliable suppliers, negotiate contracts and agreements, and manage relationships with suppliers.Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.Analyze market trends and stay up-to-date on industry developments to inform procurement decisions.Implement strategies to improve procurement processes, including the use of technology and automation.What we are looking for:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or a related field.Experience working in a fast-paced tech environment - ability to move quickly is key whilst not compromising on quality.Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management.In-depth knowledge of contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.Experience negotiating multiple contracts at the $50k - $150k mark.Knowledge of procurement processes, systems, and best practices.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - ability to bring stakeholders together to align on purchasing/services/vendor requirements.About UsWe are a group of leading technology companies powering intelligent fintech solutions around the world.
