Job Purpose Support the Operations department in administrative duties like maintaining employee records in different HR systems, maintaining time keeping tool and supporting the payroll specialist with admin tasks (letters & certificate preparation, contracts, reports, etc.).
Responsibilities Maintain & update employee records (soft and hard copies) Assist in payroll administrative tasks (letters, certificates, reports) following given instructions and under payroll specialist supervision Prepare paperwork for new hiring (Contract, policies & clauses to be signed) & leavers (providing relevant information like vacation pending days) Manage and update time keeping tool Support in coordinating providers and checking invoices for Flex Salary management Knowledge, Skills and Experience Degree in Labor Relations or FP Administrative desired Knowledge of labor legislation desired Excellent organizational and time-management skills Teamwork skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
