You will work closely with the marketing team to create compelling content and strategies that align with our brand's image and objectives. Your role will be crucial in expanding our reach and establishing strong, authentic connections with our target audience through influencer partnerships.What you will do:Scout and contact influencers for potential campaigns and to enlarge our database.Monitor, track and optimize the performance of influencer marketing campaigns.Analyze key metrics and prepare regular performance reports for internal teams.Use data to inform future influencer selection and campaign strategies.Ensure campaign details, agreements and communications are accurately documented and organized.Maintain regular communication with influencers and agencies to ensure timely and effective campaign execution
