In this position, you will interact by phone with Smart customers and distributors to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services, take accurate customer orders, prepare quotations, and handle complaints and returns. You will handle calls from unknown customers and make a first qualification (lead management).Your main responsibilities will be:Handle calls through CRM agent portalCreate quotations and orders via SAP systemExpedite and communicate expected delivery times to customersOffer basic product advice to individual customer needs (at least catalogue knowledge)Provide first level technical assistance to help customers identify their requirements for products and servicesCall back customersLead managementOther duties and tasks as assignedWe offer:Full-time (39 hours/week) and long-term contract.Salary: 19.000 euros gross/year + up to 3.000 euros gross/year in bonusSchedule: Monday- Thursday 8:30-17:30, Friday 8:30-16:30Internal Development ProgramStart date: ImmediateHolidays: 23 working days of paid annual leave (generated on the basis of the calendar year and in proportion to time worked)What do we look for?High/Native level of French and English.
