Job Description More specifically, you will:
Manage the lifecycle of change requests — registering, assessing, authorizing, planning, deploying;Assess and reduce risks to the availability, performance, security and compliance of the products and services impacted by the change;Develop processes for standard, normal or emergency changes;Develop methods and tools to automate change control processes to enable continuous integration;Minimize the impact of incidents on the business and coordinate the restoration of normal service as quickly as possible;Hold calls to ensure accurate and up to date information is available to the Senior Management Team and other stakeholders;Lead Management meetings to produce service improvement plans and root cause analysis;Review the effectiveness of change implementation and identify and evaluate opportunities for the adoption of appropriate tools.Qualifications Fluent in English.
Other languages are a plus;ITIL processes foundation certified (ITIL expert preferred);ServiceNow Fundamentals trained (CSA, ITSM certified preferred);Understanding of Agile fundamentals and Lean methodology.Additional Information This position will be based at our office in Madrid.
