With a new reorganisation, we are expanding our consulting services in Europe, UK, USA and Canada, focusing on eco-home and home automation, owner consulting, marketing, PM software consulting, company reorganisation, growth, expansion, property managers' organisation and exit preparation.As an Owner Consultant at Tara Home Consulting, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients and helping them optimise their activities in the holiday home industry.
You will work closely with holiday home owners, providing expert advice and assistance to maximise quality and profitability.
Thanks to your exceptional communication skills and in-depth knowledge of the holiday home sector, you will guide clients in the correct choice of their property manager.ResponsibilitiesConduct in-depth analysis of clients' activities in the holiday home industry to identify areas for improvement and growth.Advise clients on eco-certification and provide guidance on the implementation of sustainable practices.Assist clients in optimising home automation systems to improve energy efficiency and guest experience.Develop and implement quality strategies to increase property visibility and attract more guests.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving your knowledge and skills to provide valuable guidance to clients.Find the best Property Manager for your clients.RequirementsDegree in business management, hospitality or a related field or proven experience in the holiday rental industry, preferably as a property manager, consultant or real estate agent.Thorough knowledge of green building practices and home automation systems.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven recommendations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and build strong relationships.Proficiency in the use of property management software and familiarity with project management tools.Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.Flexibility to travel.BenefitsWork from home.Travel.Training and development.High commissions.#J-18808-Ljbffr
