Mission: Execution of logistic (on local/ regional project) in accordance with company procedure, quality standard and contractual SLA.
Accountabilities: Execute the issuing of the Purchase Requests for materials, external services, packages and subcontractor to ensure project on-time delivery if needed. Execute Material Expediting in alignment with the due dates agreed with selected suppliers. Execute the shipping documents preparation in alignment with the due dates agreed with other departments/ supply chain planners or material manager. Execute the good receipt, put away, picking/packing, outbound deliveries and kitting of materials to be shipped in SAP and Physc. Execute inventory cycle account following the process aligned in the project. Ensure materials are under safety conditions of storage, issuing FEFO model for kitting and re-packing or re-labelling material not under project standards. Execute other daily activities of the warehouse(s) assigned by warehouse leader. Required Skills/ Knowledge: Logistic / Warehouse Degree 1 or 2 or Equivalent Technical background; Logistic and warehouse management. From 2 up to 4 years Logistic experience; Forklift & Crane certification. Technical/Technology knowledge could be considered as a plus. Quality assurance knowledge could be considered as a plus. IT Tools: Paquete office, Power BI, Knowledge of ERP (i.E.
SAP), CRM (i.E.
MANTIS) and Configuration Management tools. Organization & Company Processes knowledge. Import/export regulations. Education / Qualifications: U Technical Degree or Equivalent Technical Background.
Languages: Good English proficiency; Logistic could be considered as a plus.
