As Product Analytics team lead, you have the opportunity to build product analytics from the ground up and establish Wefox's approach to experimentation, measurement, and reporting for our Product organisation.
Reporting directly to the CPO, you will work with product leaders to establish a culture of data-driven decision making, shaping best practices and delivering insights.
Responsibilities Establishing a framework for experimentation, measurement, and reporting standards, as well as an engagement model for the broader product team.
Educating product management on how to use data to make more effective decisions and set up experiments to improve product performance.
Developing a strong relationship with Wefox's data team to make the most of existing data infrastructure and influence future investment.
Building a team of product analytics - recruiting, coaching, and managing team performance.
Maintaining a broad knowledge of leading Product Analytics tools and approaches, evaluating what makes sense for Wefox and driving adoption.
What you bring Experience leading a Product Analytics team in a growth environment.
Effective user of Google Analytics, with knowledge of leading measurement tools and frameworks.
Strong technical skills in data analysis, statistics, and programming with an advanced working knowledge of Python, SQL, and/or R. Experience coaching junior and mid-level team members in developing their technical and leadership skills.
Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and able to use data to tell a story.
