Job Responsibilities
Support the overall delivery plan of mobile robot projects, follow up the plan and correct deviations in a timely manner; Lead on-site project delivery, providing customers with AGV on-site implementation and technical support services; Track, provide feedback, and coordinate to deal with on-site product and technical problems, quickly solve customers' technical issues, and identify and control project risks; Provide training and support for customers regarding technical parameters, product performance, and operations according to customer needs; Cooperate with regional sales, being responsible for pre-sale functional demonstrations, technical communication, installation, testing, and handling abnormal problems during/after the sale of products.
Job Requirements
- Engineering-related educational background;
- Experience in the Robotics or Automation industry is a plus;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Problem-solving oriented, honest, pragmatic, responsible, highly enthusiastic, and a team player;
- Willingness to travel frequently within Europe;
- Valid working permit in Spain is preferred;
- Fluent in English, Spanish, and Chinese; other languages are a plus.
