Plan, coordinate, and monitor site activities, resources, and subcontractors. Track team efficiency and ensure optimal performance. Monitor the quality of work to maintain high standards. Ensure safety standards are met on-site. Resolve technical issues with clients and inspect subcontracted works. What are we looking for? A mechanical or industrial engineer with knowledge of ASME/EN/API manufacturing codes. Proven ability to interpret piping isometrics and storage tank construction drawings. Advanced knowledge of stainless steel and carbon steel welding processes. Familiarity with non-destructive testing and safety training on construction sites (e.g., elevated work, confined spaces, lifting heavy loads). Availability to work in Europe and abroad for extended periods. Minimum of 3 years' experience in assembly or boiler shop work with tanks or pressure vessels, including quality documentation and inspection activities.
